We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging should be included.
The item must be returned with proof of purchase or your order number.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Products made specifically according to customer measurements or specifications.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Items purchased as final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged during shipping
Defective
Incorrect
Different from the product you ordered

Return shipping costs for a customer-requested size change may be the customer's responsibility unless the wrong size was sent by us.
For customized or made-to-measure products, size-related returns may not be accepted unless the item differs materially from the measurements or specifications provided to us.
We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement size, color, or product is unavailable, you may be offered an alternative solution, such as store credit or a refund where applicable.

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the applicable return instructions and shipping details.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise our fault, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
If we sent you the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged, we may cover the reasonable return shipping costs after reviewing the issue.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider or bank additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
Depending on your payment method and location, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected.

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed, manufactured, or shipped.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For custom-made or personalized products, cancellation may not be available once production has started.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and other fees associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an international order.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without valid tracking or proof of delivery.
If an order is returned to us because the customer:
Refused delivery
Provided an incorrect or incomplete address
Failed to collect the package
Was unavailable to receive the shipment
