At MFA INTL, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

We are committed to processing your order carefully and delivering your hoodies, jackets, and other products within the estimated delivery timeframe.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer free shipping to customers in:

There are no standard shipping charges for orders shipped to these destinations.

2. Processing & Handling Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Our processing time includes:

Preparation for carrier collection

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, major promotions, sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated.

If an express shipping option is offered at checkout, any applicable express shipping fee will be clearly displayed before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and/or tracking link when available.

Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Although we provide free shipping, international orders may still be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated delivery time frame.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We will try to correct the address before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after shipment processing has begun.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your delivery location.
Check with household members or neighbors.
Check for a carrier delivery notice.
Contact the shipping carrier.
Contact us if the package remains missing.

We will assist with the carrier investigation where possible.

We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the shipping package and product before disposing of the packaging.

10. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product, incorrect size, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photographs of the products received.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, we may ship the items together or separately depending on product availability and fulfilment requirements.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

There is no additional standard shipping charge for split shipments.

12. Made-to-Order Products

Some jackets, hoodies, customized products, or specially manufactured items may require additional production time.

If additional production time applies, it will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

The estimated shipping period begins after the applicable production and handling period has been completed.

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they enter the shipping process.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled while in transit.
